On April 24, 2018, we brought the creative team behind The Greatest Showman to Washington, DC, for a Creative Rights Caucus event. Appearing at the event were director Michael Gracey, singer Loren Allred, and Executive Vice President of Production Kira Goldberg.

During the development of “The Greatest Showman,” director Michael Gracey (@visualprostitute) and the cast put on a workshop for studio executives to showcase their songs. One song, performed by Keala Settle (@kealasettle, the Broadway actress who plays Lettie Lutz, the bearded lady, in the film), had recently switched to a solo – which made her somewhat nervous. However, Keala lit up the room – thanks to a little “encouragement” from Michael. .
